The wedding day
Dress code
Resort casual
Light, relaxed, and a little dressed up. The ceremony is outdoors, so dress for sun and a warm breeze.
For the guys
Pants
Chinos, khakis, or tailored linen pants. Leave the jeans and shorts at home for the ceremony.
Shirt
A lightweight linen button up, long or short sleeve, or a nice polo.
Shoes
Leather sandals, boat shoes, or loafers.
For the ladies
Dresses
Mini, midi, or maxi, all lengths welcome. Just please don't wear white.
Shoes
Heels, wedges, or dressy sandals. Wear whatever you can dance in.
Extras
A light wrap or shawl for when the sun goes down.
A few tips
Breathable everything
It'll be warm. Linen and cotton are your best friends.
Not a beach wedding
The ceremony isn't on the beach, so please leave the flip flops at the hotel. Wear any dress shoes you're comfortable in, heels included.
Pack sun protection
Sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat if you burn easily.
Bring a layer
Evenings by the water can get breezy.
